International — US Finance for Cross-Border Founders — A PRO Advisors
Cross-border · MENA ↔ Delaware

The US finance team for founders building between two continents.

You incorporated in Delaware because your investors asked for it. Your team, your customers, and your operating company are somewhere else. Now you need US books, US tax filings, and international information returns — from a firm that actually understands both ends of your structure.

That's us. A New York firm with a working team in Morocco: we read your subsidiary's statutory financials in the original, rebuild them under US GAAP, consolidate them into your Delaware entity, and file everything the IRS expects — on time, every year.

The problem

Why most US firms turn you away.

Form 5471 carries penalties starting at $10,000 per foreign corporation, per year. Form 5472 starts at $25,000. Most US bookkeeping platforms won't take a client whose structure requires them — and the ones that will have never read a foreign trial balance in their lives. Meanwhile, your accountant back home has never seen a 1120. You end up as the translator between two firms that don't speak to each other, personally liable for whatever falls through the gap.

What we do differently

Three things generic firms can't do.

01

We read the original

Your subsidiary's statutory financials, in French or Arabic, under local GAAP — our Morocco team works from the source documents, not from your summary of them.

02

We file the hard forms

5471 (including the new NCTI regime), 5472, FBAR, and the state returns. The forms other firms decline are our standard workload.

03

We work in your time zone

A question sent at 3 PM Casablanca time gets answered the same afternoon — not at 6 PM New York time by someone who has never heard of the CGI or the OEC.

Who this is for

If any of these describe you, we can help.

Founders who flipped (or are flipping) a local company into a Delaware C-Corp.

US companies opening an operating subsidiary in Morocco or the wider region.

Funds and family offices holding cross-border positions that need clean annual reporting.

Led by a dual-registered practitioner

Moroccan Expert-Comptable. US CPA. One file.

The founding partner is a Moroccan Expert-Comptable and a US CPA (AICPA), President of the Invest USA Committee at AmCham Morocco, with a practice built on Delaware flips, share exchanges, and cross-border structuring for venture-backed companies. Both sides of your structure, read and filed by the same team.
